I used an NPS based approach to understand core reason for detraction over a 6 month project.

 

Result

Key insight reflecting on the use of unqualified facilitators was reported back to the CEO resulting in a recruitment drive and appointment of permanent facilitators with greater credibility

Context

This post-production house was facing declining revenues and needed a business plan to counter the lack of profits

 

Action

As part of a broader customer acquisition strategy NPS was used to identify choices made by content creators over a 4 month project.

 

Result

As per projections within a 5-year plan the post-production house and the parent production company got a slate of high profile projects.

Context

This medical specialist practice needed to generate more referrals whilst holding customer numbers.

 

Action

In addition to a competitive analysis project, a variation of NPS based approach was used to to understand core reason for referrals by GPs over a 3 month project.

 

Result

Key insights and action plan was generated to implement marketing strategy to GPs resulting in an overall increase of referrals including average referrals per GP.

Context

This financial business wanted to grow by acquiring a competitor.

 

Action

The acquisition strategy was based around competitor NPS and with other competitive analysis and market intelligence was used to identify potential targets for the company

 

Result

As per recommendations the company acquired another business, doubling their client base and achieving their growth targets.
