Marketing Strategy
​An initial strategy workshop where we can nail down your marketing strategy going forward which will help me deliver an actionable marketing plan to you.
The workshop itself will help:
​
Identify core capabilities, unmet customer needs and sources of competitive advantage
​Setting goals for short, medium and long-term and a 12-month action plan. The focus will be on hitting measurable targets (revenue, customer numbers etc)
​Use frameworks to develop customer personas, identify communication blindspots, brand positioning, segmentation and targeting strategies
​Develop digital marketing strategies, specifically email marketing and social media.​
Develop content strategy​

Email Marketing
Essentially, this implements part of the marketing strategy. Under this we assist with:
Lead Gen / Ongoing building of your database by developing a lead magnet and and an opt-in landing page to capture and qualify lead
Engagement / Nurture sequences using both automated and non-automated methods on CRM systems / email (as discussed we can start with Mailchimp and them migrate to your platform)
Write all content for your emails (automated and non-automated - up to 4 a month) and hold monthly reporting meetings and email engagement stats

Write content for video content (scripting etc) which can then be produced by a video content producer at an extra charge.
Segment / Tag your list (this will be informed by the strategy workshop that we do) and other email-based metrics
Write upto 4 Facebook posts per month
Write one blog article per month (can write upto 4 blogs per month, but that will be at a per blog charge). You can repurpose this for LinkedIn.
Review all your written content that will be used to communicate with prospects and customers (website copy to reduce bounce rates, FB page, LinkedIn page, other offline collateral etc)
Conduct basic desktop research as necessary to implement strategy
Sales conversation coaching, as necessary.
